I am a fixer, a problem solver and a do’er for my clients. Moving the needle is easier said than done. But any time you are dealing with government, you need someone with the right experience who know the systems, processes and people to put your project in the most positive light. Served as a member of the California State Legislature, among others was Vice-Chair of the Transportation, Local Government and Labor committees. Served as leader of my community as Mayor for seven years, created a legacy of growth and opportunity. Earned my California Real Estate License at age 18 and have since then served hundreds of clients in all aspects of real estate sale, development, leasing, finance and entitlement.
My client base is wide and varied; programs for the Developmentally Disabled, Municipal Services, Business Opportunities, Home Builders, Developers and Non-Profits. Positive working relationships with a cross-section of community leaders and elected officials throughout the East Bay and California. The opportunity to live, work and serve in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties has been a blessing for me and my family.
